It's 4mm dark gray pearls, surrounded by metallic silver seed beads and then a picot on each edge of clear AB seed beads. Even though I haven't made anything in quite awhile, I had no trouble and I had a breakthrough- I finally was satisfied with how I wove thread tails back into the bead work so I didn't feel compelled to make ugly knots in them. I did still glue the ends, though- don't trust myself that much yet.
