    Laurie, Someone else was thinking about using their grandfathers hymnal. I suggested that she do some project with the pages, maybe altered books, that could be given to all of the family members so everyone would have a piece of history. I was at a craft fair once where there was a lady that made pendent necklaces out of vintage china plates and she often did them for family members when the Mom or grandmother passed, seems no one wants the plates, but they all want a piece or history...Just a thought!
